Who we are
Where we started (2019)
We established business in mid 2019, started off small with a 6x4 trailer, nissan patrol and the essential budget equipment. The first few months we built our business up, no invoicing software or large client base and just functioning the business on weekends whilst Connor worked full time role on weekdays at his full time job, Connors Lawn Care was never believed to be a full week working environment, this business was purely designed to be weekend side business. Connor slowly grew his business by obtaining better equipment, gaining experience in gardening and lawn care and running in the form of a business.
Temporary Closer (2021)
In 2021 Connors Lawn Care had to shut its doors due to personal matters and was required to send their client base to other close party businesses with connection to Connors Lawn Care. Connor did not want to shut the doors to Connors Lawn Care as he enjoys his work and the communication with his customers was a unbeatable feeling, there was many conversations on re-opening Connors Lawn Care but the concern was opening the doors back up to the business would be financially difficult since the closer of the business. These conversations went on for 1 year and Connor prepared financially to re-open the business.
The business grew (2019)
In 2020 Connors Lawn Care’s client base grew gaining 60+ clients per fortnight for regular services, Connor upgraded his equipment and had his first part time worker where they were required due to plenty of work. Connor left his full time job and focused on Connors Lawn Care as the amount of clients needing work Connor could not just run the business on the weekends, it was a role that had to run from Monday to Sunday. Connors Lawn Care became very successful and had a positive feedback from 90% of customers, Connors Lawn Care expanded their business to Wagga, Coolamon, Cootamundra, Mangaplah, Junee, and surrounding towns of the Riverina.
Opening (2025)
Connors Lawn Care re-opened mid 2025 and has been since growing in clients and booking out. Updating equipment, obtaining a work vehicle for the purpose of the business, adding more services available like waste removal and pressure washing, there is more services to come in the near future. Connors goal is to build a community of clients providing the best value with the best quality of service competing with rival business’s and not draining their clients pockets, the hourly rate of Connors Lawn Care in 2019 was $65/hour, since then the hourly rate changed in 2025 to $70/hour which means in 6 years their price has only gone up by $5, that is already smashing the competition hourly rate by almost 30%. Connors Lawn Care aims to upgrade again in mid 2026 (New trailer, ride on mow, more equipment, and updated vehicle, clothing, and trailer company design.
